A new universal app for the bank presented us with the opportunity to give it a new face for the consumers. A new Design System catering to the demograph, away from dying trends and following accessibility guidelines.

Client Interaction

Clients are not always the best when it comes to Design and being an Aesthete. Learnt how to handle crossroads between stakeholders (Clients, 3rd Party Vendors, IBM) by educating them about the design decisions made, right from the fundamentals.

Design/Time Management

Delegated work fairly whenever situation demanded. Drew up realistic timelines to tie into the Project Deliverables timeline. Chased for Design Sign-Offs from client to push them to development.

Design to Development

Supervised Development phase by sitting with the developers ensuring the interactions and developed designs are as per our Designs. Held off our Design Sign Offs till the UAT Builds matched our Design
